Start and completion times are estimates based on the selected service. They are not guarantees, and a visible count can update in batches.
While active
Allow the full completion window shown on the pack. Platform counters can lag, and pauses do not automatically mean failure.
If delivery is partial
We compare the completed quantity with the selected pack. Eligible undelivered quantity can be reviewed; retention after delivery is outside No-Refill coverage.
